3.3 $CASH Public Listing Strategy & Fair Launch Conditions
The public listing of $CASH will take place when one of the following conditions is met:
At least 10,000,000 $CASH have been mined and swapped into USDC, allowing a natural liquidity pool to form, or
All Founder Nodes have been sold and their allocations fully activated.
Once either condition is fulfilled, $CASH will be listed on Raydium as a $CASH / USDC liquidity pair.
Fair Launch – No Insider Advantage
To ensure complete transparency and eliminate any risk of manipulation:
No tokens are pre-allocated to the team.
No private investors receive discounted tokens.
No early liquidity is reserved for insiders.
Every token in existence at the time of listing will have been mined by actual node owners, through real participation in the network.
This means:
There is no possibility of a “team dump”
There is no hidden supply waiting to hit the market
The market price reflects real user-driven demand
Supply at Launch
The only people who may have $CASH available to sell at launch are:
Founder Node owners who chose to hold rather than trade during mining.
However, because $CASH has been fully liquid and swappable since day one (at algorithmic pricing), most users naturally sold or recycled part of their mined tokens along the way. Therefore, it is unlikely that a large quantity of tokens will be held for launch speculation.
To maintain transparency:
Cashtap will publish the real circulating supply and distribution statistics before listing.
